Whoever you are, whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to do it alone.

We’re here when you’re ready.

He’s had thousands of conversations with people going through difficult times and knows how important it is to have support when you need it. That’s why he started Hopeful Spaces—to make counselling easy to access, without long waiting lists or confusing systems.

Jamie wants to create spaces where people can talk openly and feel truly listened to. He also works on mental health policy and training to help make counselling more accessible for everyone.

Hopeful Spaces is here for anyone who needs to talk, and Jamie is proud to be part of a team making that happen.

    Jamie is available on Fridays.

Matthew is available through the day on Tuesdays.
